Our client’s “possessed” washing machine overflowed again, this time ruining 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and laundry room on the mid level, soaking through and requiring tear out of underpinning and restoration. We showed up as soon as she called, 6:30 on a Friday night. She had a contractor she uses but needed a company certified in water remediation. Of course, we love to do the whole job, though we understand you may have your own favorite contractor but need someone who is water mitigation certified to dry out the structure per insurance rules when claiming.
